The District Youth Division is called The “Y Factor." The word factor in Webster’s Dictionary means: "cause or dynamic." Our Youth are dynamic because they cause great things to happen within our District! They participate in many community service programs that they have planned, and they participate fully in the District Conferences and National Conventions where they often bring home the "gold" from the National competitions. They also have their own District Youth Mini-Conference in the Fall where they prepare themselves to continue to succeed in school and their other many activities.

The District Youth Secretary is the "Voice" of the District Youth Division on the District Executive Board, and will operate as the liaison between the Youth and the Adult governance.
